Lymphatic Therapies

General and Post-Surgical Lymphatic Massage

Whether you have experienced liposuction, tummy tuck, breast implants, coolsculpting or just need to detoxify your system from anesthesia, prescriptions post surgical, I provide a treatment that gives you immediate results.

“Manual Lymphatic Drainage is the application of light, flowing strokes of massage in specific patterns with the goal of alleviating lymph edema.”

I’ve been doing  General Lymphatic Drainage Massage since 2013 and began post op lymphatic massage in 2018.

Let's be honest: it’s not a very exciting massage for the client. It can be hard for people to believe that such a light, unobtrusive technique could possibly have any real benefit, especially when compared to a standard Swedish Massage. I’ve had people climb off the table after their first session and blurt, “That’s it?”

The lymphatic system is a delicate network of capillaries resting just underneath the surface of the skin. Pressure exceeding the weight of a quarter flattens the capillaries and prevents the fluid from moving. If you can imagine the effect on water flow through a garden hose if you step on the hose, this is exactly what happens if too much pressure even moderate pressure is used to perform lymphatic work.

I follow a 3 phase process:

Detox, Recover and Maintain. For General, Cosmetic, and Medical purposes.
