Covid-19 Appointment Precautions

Effective June 2, 2021

Per Governor DeWine's guidelines, as of June 2, 2021,  I am  no loner requiring patients to wear mask in office. I do ask for patients to wash their hands or use sanitize  when entering office.

 

I look forward to seeing everyone's  smiling face. But, I understand everyone is not ready yet. I will no longer require you to wear a mask while in office, but I will ultimately leave the final decision to each person to decide. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, please continue to do so. I will be wearing a mask while being fully vaccinated.

Keep in mind that anyone who hasn't been vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask. Cleaning and sanitizing protocols will remain the same and to continue to not come in if you are not feeling well.

To give you an idea of procedures:

  • The office has been deep cleaned and sanitized from floor to ceiling. With deep cleanse once a week.

  • I have implemented rotational sanitation procedures for all common surfaces, multiple times throughout the day.

  • Cleaning 30 minutes in-between clients to insure treatment room is fully sanitized, and all linens/blankets etc. are replaced, after each treatment

  • Special accommodations will be made for high risk and elderly patients

  • I am equipped with the required Personal Protective Equipment (‘PPE’)

  • EPA registered and hospital grade disinfects. 

  • FDA HEPA filter air purifier in massage treatment room to improve air quality, rids the air of viruses and captures 99.97% of harmful particles. 

  • Requests for limiting the acceptance of  cash payments; if possible if you are able  to pay for your treatment and tip (should you desire to tip) it recommend to use a debit/credit card, or prepay for session online. To make electronic payments much easier I accept Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. 

  • I have received training certifications in following all infection control measures recommended by CDC, ADA, and OSHA. 

  • All linen and sheets are  professionally washed each week with a commercial laundry service using, ozonated water, which means sheets get deeply cleaned and sanitized. Ozone is water activated with oxygen that naturally cleans and sanitizes laundry. This technology is used by hospitals, bottled water companies, facilities that clean fire-fighting gear, and more

  • I get tested once a week for Covid-19

  • I AM FULLY VACINNATED

What to expect:​​

  • Only patients will be allowed in establishment for their service; unless client must be accompanied by a caregiver that is receiving service. 

  • Patients must  wash or sanitize hands upon arrival, before going into treatment room, or before the start of treatment. Hand sanitizer is available inside treatment room.

  • Electronic pre-screening  questions, intake form and waiver will sent before scheduled appointments.

  • Refreshments will no longer be offered at the end of your session. Must bring your own water. 

  • As much as I would love to catch up with you, please limit the amount of time spent before / after your session to insure proper time for sanitation of treatment room before next arriving client.

  • Mask will be given to anyone who wishes to have one

  • If you have traveled recently and its been under 2 weeks you will not be able to receive treatment

  • If you have been sick, you must wait at least 2 weeks until you are able to receive treatment
