At Garden of Wellness, it is my intention to provide my guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; I will tailor each treatment to my client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for my first-time and repeating guests.

Due to an increase demand for appointments policies have been set in place. I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine and I make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my’ time, I have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE TREATMENT
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows myself the time to prepare for the service and discuss each client’s needs before we begin. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged. I have reserved this time for you and only you and have other people scheduled after your time.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
Life happens. I understand that!

I often have clients on a wait-list for available appointments who are in desperate need of a massage. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via text/call to the cancellation line
513-823-WELL (9355) to leave a message or log into your account to cancel/reschedule. Clients are sent appointment reminders via email/text 2-3 days before appointment. If you are not receiving reminders please let me know.
Late Cancellations: If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, and cancel same day of your scheduled appointment time, you will be invoiced a late cancelation fee of $40
No call or no show: you will be invoiced 100% of your scheduled appointment. Prepaid sessions and gift certificates will be redeemed.
***Future appointments cannot be scheduled until your invoice is paid.
ANY SICK/COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. PLEASE CANCEL your appointment if YOU, or ANYONE you have been in close contact with have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive: Fever- Temperature, Shortness of breath, Loss of sense of taste or smell, Dry cough, Shortness of breath, Runny nose, Sore throat. All fees will be waived for SICK/COVID-19 related cancellations made at any time prior to your appointment.
All fees are subject to my discretion.
Please explain any unusual reasons for your late cancellation.
Garden of Wellness has a no refund policy on services completed and/ or sessions that were prepaid. You can donate sessions through community massage project, gift to someone, or use sessions at a later date and time.
All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore I regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when the schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

You can only book 6 months in advance from current date.
(ex. if todays date was May 5th. You be able to schedule from May 5th until November 5th. Anything after November 5th will not be shown on schedule and you not be able to book)
