At Garden of Wellness, it is my intention to provide my guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; I will tailor each treatment to my client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for my first-time and repeating guests.
Due to an increase demand for appointments policies have been set in place. I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine and I make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my’ time, I have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE TREATMENT
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows myself the time to prepare for the service and discuss each client’s needs before we begin. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel, please notify at least 24 hours in advance via email or text/call cancellation line 513-823-WELL (9355) or log into your account to cancel/reschedule.
I understand life happens, emergencies happen, you or the kids get sick, bad road conditions, traffic, or just unexpected life events that are out of our control will not be effected. I try to be very flexible as possible and will make exceptions accordingly.
If 24 hours is not given you will be expected to pay half your missed appointment before scheduling another one. If sessions were booked with a prepaid session or gift certificate session your scheduled service will be ducted. If there is a no call no show you will be flagged from booking appointments and will need to contact me before scheduling. When you miss an appointment, not only do I lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore I regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when the schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

Online booking will show availability for 6 months.
You can only book 6 months in advance from current date.
(ex. if todays date was May 5th. You be able to schedule from May 5th until November 5th. Anything after November 5th will not be shown on schedule and you not be able to book)
For appointments needed sooner but there are no available appointments shown you can be added to the:
