I am a  Licensed Massage Therapist,  Licensed Esthetician,  Aromatherapist, Nutrition and Wellness Coach with a certificate in human health: diet and nutrition, I'm certified Maternity Reiki Therapist and studied Energy Medicine from the University of Cincinnati, Certified Yomassage® Therapist, certified placenta encapsulation specialist, and Certified (NRP) Neonatal Resuscitation provider.  Most importantly,  I have completed the first  part of my training  as Wholistic birth doula (Aninti) under the Mothership Inc, and a Certified Baby's First Infant Massage Instructor specializing in prenatal, labor, postpartum & infant bodywork that is  certified in prenatal and pediatrics massage. I have had the honor  in massaging pregnant women since 2012 to help relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy.

 

You are the expert of your own body and birth. As your doula and massage therapist, I am there to provide calm, confident support through education, natural pain management, emotional comfort, and skilled bodywork.

A Massage Doula is a Licensed Massage Therapist that is also certified as a doula.

The doula will provide massage therapy during the pregnancy, doula support during child birth, and postpartum massage after the baby is born. Not only will I be coaching you through labor but will assist in training you in infant massage after the baby is born.

During Pregnancy:

  • Safe, drug-free relief of aches & pains

  • reduce swelling

  • ease pressure on the sciatic nerve

  • learn relaxation skills for labor

  • prepare your body for delivery

  • assist circulation

  • release emotional tension

  • improve sleep patterns

During Postpartum:

  • Restore muscle tone to abdomen

  • stimulate the uterus to return to its pre-pregnant size and position

  • alleviate muscle pain from postural shifts fuller breasts, and weight of carried infant.

What is Certified Infant Massage Instructor can teach you to do:
